To help us help you, tell us your iPhone model and iOS version, what you tapped, and what happened. A screenshot helps when something looks wrong.

You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email address and password. If you use the same email address with more than one of these, it is the same Overa account.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email address and tap Send code. We email you a code; enter it and choose a new password.

Didn't get an email?

Check your spam or junk folder, and that the address is spelled correctly. Still nothing after a few minutes? Email us from that address.

In the app, open Profile ▸ Profile details ▸ Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first, to make sure it is you.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your training data, your profile photo, your notification token, your spotter connections and anything you have shared. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.

Can't open the app? Email support@overaios.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

• Export: Profile ▸ Export data makes a CSV or PDF of your training history on your iPhone.
• Analytics: usage analytics stay off unless you agree. You can switch them off any time with Share usage analytics in Profile.

How does Spotters work?

Spotters lets two people see each other's training days. Open Profile ▸ Spotters: one of you shows a code, the other enters it, and you both agree before anything is shared. Either of you can remove a spotter at any time from the same place. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what a spotter can see.

How does "Build a program with AI" work?

Overa writes a prompt that you copy into your own AI chat app. Bring its reply back into Overa as a file or pasted text, and Overa turns it into a program you can review. Overa itself sends nothing to any AI service. Import training history works the same way, for past workouts from a spreadsheet.

Widgets, Live Activity and Control Centre

Add Overa widgets to your Home Screen like any other widget. While a workout is running, it shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. You can also add the Overa · Start control to Control Centre to start today's workout.
